Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, wherever we ship. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 10–12 business days. Each product page shows your estimated delivery date.
Will my Halloween order arrive in time?
To have it before October 31, order by around October 14. After that we still ship, but we can't promise delivery before Halloween.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund – your choice, usually without shipping anything back. EU customers can also cancel within 14 days of delivery.
